CJP intends to coordinate and initiate a network among the Justice of Peace (JP) around Sri Lanka to work collaboratively and bring them under one umbrella.
CJP’s one of the main purpose is to train and educate human rights defenders and intends to organize in-person training for a range of professional groups, including human rights defenders, development workers, humanitarian workers, educators, legal professionals, law enforcement officials, social workers, health professionals and media professionals. Moreover, CJP encourages JP’s to professionally develop themselves and provide the development of educational materials and programming.
CJP is dedicating to serve with quality education and training to promote understanding, attitudes and actions to protect human rights, and to foster the development of peaceable, free and just communities.
